The Fossil Fuel Exodus campaign invites employees to jump ship now.
Before the fossil fuel ship sinks.
Before their CV turns toxic.
So far it's working.
We targeted Shell with Extinction Rebellion in April 2022.
Inflltrating their London HQ.
Creating fireman-style jumping sheet posters.
And placards inviting named employees to join us.
As a direct result, Caroline Dennett, senior safety consultant for Shell for 12 years, approached us and offered to leave in the most impactful way possible, emailing her resignation directly to thousands of Shell colleagues.
She made headlines across the globe, from the UK to New Zealand. (With help from GSCC.)
We are now extending this model to other companies and other countries.
With the goal of undermining the industry from within.
